Marek Gładki

Prior to joining EPP, Marek, for over 13 years, worked for Echo Investment where, as Leasing and Marketing Department Director, was responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies for such projects as Galaxy Szczecin, Pasaż Grunwaldzki Wrocław, Libero Katowice as well as Galeria Echo Kielce. He also dealt with re-commercialization of all shopping centres from Echo Investment’s portfolio and took part in creating a concept of multi functional project –Towarowa 22 in Warsaw – a joint project by EPP and Echo Investment.

Anna has started her professional career in 2004 as a lawyer working for Apsys. Later, for 5.5 years, she handled commercialization of projects owned by the French developer. Before joining EPP in September 2017, she worked for JLL and Multi Development. Her main projects were the commercialization of Manufactura (Apsys) and Forum Gdańsk (Multi).

Jakub worked for Multi Development, Neinver, Colliers and IKEA where he dealt with the commercialization of regular shopping centres, outlets and shopping parks, including – among others – Factory outlets, Futura shopping parks, Europa Centralna as well as Twierdza Zamość, Wzorcownia, Galeria Leszno and Zakopianka.

Marta has over 10-years of experience in the retail sector, both in real estate and operational activity. Prior to joining EPP in July 2017, she worked for New Look Poland where she built the brand on the Polish market, and earlier for Takko Fashion (on Polish, Lithuanian and Estonian markets) as well as for IC Companys Poland (Jackpot, Cottonfield, Martinique, Part Two), also in the Czech Republic and Hungary. She holds a Business Mentor’s certificate.

Marcin started his career in the real estate sector in 2004. He was responsible for commercialization and re-commercialization of shopping centres all around Poland, including Galeria Bałtycka in Gdańsk, Alfa Centrum Gdańsk as well Zielone Arkady Centre in Bydgoszcz and Renoma in Wrocław. He used to work for multi national corporations such as CBRE, Centrum Development & Investments (Eastbridge group) and ECE Projektmanagement.

Sylwia Piechnik

Sylwia Piechnik

Sylwia has been working in the commercial real estate sector for more than 15 years. She came to EPP from HB Reavis Poland where she worked as a Senior Leasing Manager. Before HB Reavis, until 2013, she worked for the Polish developer Yareal Polska in various capacities and most recently as the Head of Leasing and Sales. Prior to that, Sylwia was an architect and project manager at ECI Group and  also worked for real estate consulting firm Couderq Binswanger Poland.

Sylwia holds a master's degree in architecture and urban design from the Krakow University of Technology. She also completed postgraduate studies in 'conservation of architectural and urban monuments' and property valuation.

Wojciech Knawa

With almost 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, Wojciech earned his master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Cracow University of Economics. He served most recently as the Managing Director at Echo Investment Property Management, and was responsible for managing all retail and office assets developed by Echo Investment. Mr. Knawa ran the business with a particular emphasis on delivering high quality property management services, increasing profitability, and developing modern management tools to improve operations and their tenants’ business efficacy. Prior to joining Echo, Wojciech worked in the hotel and office sectors, selling hotel projects and commercialising office assets.

Czesław Jasiewicz

He started his professional career in two medium companies. First a construction one and the second food production.

Later engaged with Echo where he started as a specialist. Developing and expanding his knowledge became the Director of the RSC Galaxy.

Soon after gaining experience in finance, management,forigne languages as well as property management including commerce ones became Head of Retail supervising and managing eight Shopping Centers in the EPP portfolio.

Tomasz Skuza

biography

He started his professional career in 2002 in Warsaw-based company Ober-House. Since 2004 he had worked for Echo Investment gaining experience in office and retail real estate management working as a regional manager and portfolio manager. Between  2013 and 2016 he gained more knowledge and experience while working as Transaction Manager and taking part in selling Echo Investment projects, as well as participating in due diligence process related to the sale of Echo Investment shares to Griffin Real Estate, PIMCO, and Oaktree.

He joined EPP management as Head of Integration Operations – Portfolio Manager where he supervises takeover and implementation of new projects bought by EPP while supervising their proper operational functioning.

Mariusz Nowak

Prior to joining EPP, he had worked for 13 years in Echo Investment capital group within property management supervising structures. Most recently, as Senior Asset Manager, he was responsible for the entire portfolio of office properties owned Echo.

Currently, as the Head of Office Operations, he is responsible for the portfolio of office properties belonging to  EPP, as well as the facilities managed by EPP, but owned by other investors, including Q22 office building.

He started his professional career in 2000 working for Echo Investment in Kielce and creating a Supervision System over Contracts and Leased Space Management. Took part in processes related to property management creating comprehensive operational and managing reporting.

He joined EPP as Director of IT Systems Development where controls the development of managerial reporting systems and is responsible for property management systems as well as automation of processes and integration of accounting and managerial programs and the development of new IT solutions. He supports takeovers and integration of new projects acquired by EPP.

In 2003, he decided to work in Germany to support a unit of steel constructions manufacturing for buildings and equipment. In 2008 he decided to come back to Poland and to join Echo Investment in a department related to technical aspects of real estate management where he gained experience in exploitation and maintenance of commercial properties. In 2013 he started to head a unit of experience technical specialists responsible for technical management of retail and commercial properties. In 2017 he joined EPP Property Management as the Head of Operation – Technical FM.

Roksana Białecka
Head of University Retail Tenants Management
biography

Roksana started her career in sales over 18 years ago in the first shopping center at Lower Silesia – Galeria Dominikańska. She was responsible for creating and developing customer awareness of such foreign brands as Zara, Orsay, Mötivi, Vero Moda, and Camaieu, as well as Polish brands like Tatuum and Gino Rossi. Thanks to the fast-growing retail market during that period as well as her ability to quickly respond to the changing environment, for the next nine years Roksana held various managerial positions. In June 2014 she joined ECHO as a Retail Manager.

Her 14 year-experience as well as her involvement in her work, allow her building and strengthening strong relations with the tenants as well as provide them operational and training support. These activities made Roksana an expert in training in such areas as sales, VM, and business as well as a great analyst of KPI indicators of the whole portfolio of commercial properties owned by EPP.

Robert Weisz

Robert Weisz serves as Partner and Managing Director of Timevest, a European commercial property investment company. Its portfolio includes high street shopping and commercial retail locations in Germany, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. Previously, Mr. Weisz was Partner and Managing Director of DBN Group, a commercial property company operating in the Netherlands and the US. Mr. Weisz has been visiting professor at the Technical University of Eindhoven's Urban Planning Design Group since 2004 and was formerly a guest lecturer in property finance and valuation at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and University of Groningen. Mr. Weisz is the co-author of three textbooks on property investment.

Marek Belka

Marek Belka is a former Prime Minister of Poland (2004-2005) and President of Narodowy Bank Polski (Polish Central Bank) (2010-2016). He qualified as an economist with an M.A., Ph.D. and Habilitacja (higher degree common in continental Europe). He has held various political positions since 1996, including Advisor to the President of Poland, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister. He has also held positions in international organizations, serving as Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe (in the rank of Undersecretary General of the U.N.) and Director of European Department in the International Monetary Fund (2008-2010). Marek worked in Albania as advisor to three consecutive PMs of the country and in the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq (2003-2004). He was member of Board of Directors of two commercial banks in Poland (at different times) and served as Chairman of LOT Polish Airlines in 2002-2003.

Maciej Dyjas is a Co-Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Griffin Real Estate, a leading and dynamically-growing investment group operating in Central & Eastern Europe’s commercial real estate market. He is also a Managing Partner at Cornerstone Partners – a private equity investment firm, active in the CEE region - with an impressive track-record of transactions. Before joining Griffin and Cornerstone, he was a Managing Partner and CEO of Eastbridge Group, a Luxembourg-based private investment fund that manages over €1.5 billion in assets related to retail, consumer goods, and real estate.

He graduated from the University of Warsaw and University of Stuttgart with degrees in Mathematics, IT, and Management.

Nebil Senman

Nebil Senman is a Co-Managing Partner of Griffin Real Estate, a leading and dynamically-growing investment group operating in Central & Eastern Europe’s commercial real estate market. Previously, Nebil held positions for nine years as Senior Vice President and Supervisory Board Member of Oaktree’s German and Polish real estate funds and operations worth several billion Euro. Before joining Oaktree, Nebil spent eight years within the real estate advisory and corporate finance division at Ernst & Young Real Estate (previously Arthur Andersen) where he held different managerial positions.

Nebil is a graduate of universities in Berlin (TU Berlin), Paris (ESCP-EAP) and London (LSE). He holds an MBA and a degree in civil engineering, and a post-graduate diploma in real estate management (EBS). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS.

On her return to South Africa, she was appointed as the director of Ellerine Bros. Proprietary Limited, which is involved in equities and property investments.

Andrea holds BCom (WITS) and LLB (UNISA) degrees and was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. She is currently registered as a Solicitor of England and Wales. Andrea runs her own legal consultancy business, and until recently acted as International Legal Counsel at Randstad Holding N.V., a global leader in the HR services industry, headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange (“AEX”).  Previously, she held roles as legal consultant at the SBS Broadcasting group (Amsterdam) and as an associate at Clifford Chance LLP (Amsterdam). She currently holds a number of other non-executive directorships in privately held companies in the Netherlands and South Africa. Andrea was appointed to the Board effective 12 August 2016. Her current term expires in 2018.

Previously, Peter served as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Colliers BDR / Insignia BDR, as a board member of BCD Holdings, and as Director Real Estate Investments at Centraal Beheer Pensioenverzekeringen N.V. (Achmea Group). He currently serves as a member of the supervisory board of three international real estate investment funds of Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance.

Most recently the CEO of Compass Offices’ European, Middle Eastern, and African operations, Hadley helped Compass grow to become Hong Kong’s largest serviced office provider with a network extending to Australia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

Prior to Compass, Hadley served as a Managing Partner at Colliers International, an industry-leading global real estate services company operating in 66 countries. Responsible for Colliers’ Eastern Europe region, Mr. Dean managed business across twelve countries, sixteen offices, and more than 750 employees. He was also Colliers' EMEA Management Board Member.

In 2017 Hadley Dean received the award at EuroBuild Awards 2017 - The Real Estate Personality of the Year.

Hadley holds a BSc from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and a Property valuation and Management degree from Sheffield Hallam University.

Jacek was responsible for business development, including M&As, financing and taxation as well as financial planning and controlling. Recently, he was a member of the management board and CFO of Empik Media & Fashion S.A., one of the largest holding companies controlling a group of retail, e-commerce and service operations.

Michał Świerczyński

Since 1997, Michał has worked in real estate for several companies based in Poland, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Recently at Griffin Real Estate as a Venture Partner and the Head of Retail, Michał managed retail assets totaling 84,000m2 GLA. He was also involved in Echo Investment’s retail ventures. In 2009-2012, Michał was the deputy CEO and Member of the Board at Polnord, a commercial business development company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Michał was associated with Clairmont Global Poland (part of The Hanover Company and Metlife) and ECE Projektmanagement as Head of Development and Head of Leasing. In 2004-2006, Michał worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Russia, where he managed retail teams in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazakhstan, and established the new JLL office in Almaty.

Michał received a degree in Business and Marketing from London Open University, Warsaw, and a B.A. in Communication and Media from Warsaw College with a specialization in public relations. In 2005, he attended the International Council of Shopping Centers School for Professional Development, Level II in Dubai, UAE. Apart from his native Polish, Michał is fluent in English and German, and speaks basic Russian.

Rafał Kwiatkowski

Rafał is an experienced legal, compliance and operations professional bringing over 15 years of real estate experience gained at Echo Investment SA – the biggest Polish developer. Rafał was directly involved in financing, leasing, sales and acquisitions of Echo Investment portfolio at first as a team member of legal department and starting from 2007 as a Chief Legal Officer. During his tenure at Echo Investment he also supervised the firm’s property management activity. From 2005-2007 Rafał was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Barlinek SA and Opoczno SA.
He graduated from University of Poznań (Studies in Law) and a post-graduate studies of finance and taxation at Warsaw School of Economics.
