EPP’s Leasing & Asset Management department is growing stronger

EPP, has expanded its Office Leasing team managed by Sylwia Piechnik. Agnieszka Gola and Olga Adamek joined the company as Leasing Managers.

The new members of EPP’s team will be responsible for the implementation of a leasing strategy
for the company’s office buildings, as well as acquiring new tenants and negotiating lease agreements. They will also support Sylwia Piechnik, Head of Office Leasing, in leveraging the value of EPP’s office facilities and building long-term relationship with the company’s current and potential tenants.

An ability to co-operate with clients and build long-lasting and partner relationship are crucial competences that allow us to create an optimal environment for running our tenants’ businesses – emphasizes Sylwia Piechnik, Head of EPP’s Office Leasing.

Agnieszka Gola will be responsible for office space within projects such as Oxygen in Szczecin and Malta Office Park in Poznań. She has over four years of professional experience in the commercialization of office facilities. Since 2014 she had been working at Knight Frank, where she served as office space negotiator responsible for the Poznan market. By then, she was in charge of negotiating agreements in buildings such as i.e. Andersia Tower, Za Bramką and Poznan Technology Industrial Park (Segment B).

Olga Jambor will support the commercialization and recommercialization processes of Park Rozwoju in Warsaw, Symetris Business Park in Łódź, Astra Park in Kielce and O3 Business Campus in Kraków. She has over five years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining EPP Olga worked as Leasing Manager at the international development group HB Reavis.
