Malta Office Park, a Poznan office complex managed by EPP, has acquired a new core tenant. An area of 4,900 sqm has been leased to the Wielkopolska Regional Division of the National Health Fund, which chose the location based on specific requirements, appreciating the professionalism of the EPP office management team and the substantive and refined offer. The spaces will be adapted to the requirements and standards of the NFZ. A dedicated customer service room will be created on the first floor, while floors 3, 4, 5 will contain the tenant’s office.
The National Health Fund is a state organizational unit that handles the financing of health care services in the universal health care system. The NFZ has been operating in Poland for 20 years.
The process of selecting the new location of the Poznań branch, which lasted many months, was complex and based on specific guidelines. Also involved in the negotiations was the consulting company Nuvalu, which specializes in cooperation with state treasury entities and local government institutions. The agency’s task was primarily to support the coordination of the process and provide substantive advice to the sides.
Tenants who take up cooperation with Malta Office Park appreciate, among other things, the location of the building in the surroundings of green areas, the proximity of extensive transport infrastructure, the manager’s individual approach, as well as attention to the highest standards related to sustainable development or health and safety at work.
– Our complex is unique in many ways. It was the first in the world to obtain BREEAM In Use v.6 2020 International certification, which is not only a confirmation that the facility meets high pro-environmental standards and is managed in a responsible and sustainable manner, but also obliges us to act for the benefit of the local community, which we have been consistently doing – says Sylwia Piechnik, Head of Office Leasing at EPP, and adds – In discussions with NFZ, the flexibility with which we approach the business needs of our tenants was also important. In this case, in addition to comfortable office space, there will be space on the first floor dedicated to the tenant’s clients. A significant convenience – for both employees and petitioners – will be the easy availability of parking spaces organized on the basis of the LPR system.
The tenant will move into the building in the middle of 2024. The leased space includes floors 0, 3, 4 and 5. The sides signed an agreement for 10 years.
